Advised on NP3 Fastigheter AB’s SEK 600 million bond issue, 2021

Hannes Snellman acted as legal counsel on NP3 Fastigheter AB’s issue of senior unsecured sustainable bonds of SEK 600 million, within a frame amount of SEK 1 billion. Nordea Bank Abp and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) acted as joint global coordinators and bookrunners for the bond issue.
