IP & Technology Expert Lasse Riski Joins Hannes Snellman as Specialist Partner

Hannes Snellman further strengthens its Intellectual Property and Technology Practice by recruiting experienced IP and technology expert Lasse Riski to join the team as a specialist partner.

Lasse Riski has vast experience working both in law firms and as an in-house counsel, and he has in-depth knowledge of technology and IT law. Lasse advises clients with commercial and technology contracts, IT outsourcing, and software and intellectual property rights licensing. In addition, he is experienced in tech-related M&A transactions and has experience as a contract negotiator of complex domestic and international transactions.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Lasse worked for several years in an international law firm active in the Finnish market. He has also gained experience working as an in-house counsel in international companies.
