Hannes Snellman Boosts Its Cross-Border Real Assets Practice with Two Lateral Partner Recruitments – Mikael Stabo Has Joined as Partner and Head of Real Assets in Stockholm and Matti Lajunen Will Be Joining as Partner in Helsinki

Mikael Stabo specialises in real estate transactions and transactions in the renewable energy sector. He has extensive experience of real estate transactions, development projects, lease matters, and project financing, along with development of and transactions pertaining to wind power projects. Mikael joined Hannes Snellman from Cirio, where he was a partner and co-head of the physical assets group (comprising real estate, energy, and infrastructure).

Matti Lajunen specialises in real estate transactions and has vast experience of property-related acquisitions, developments, restructurings, sales processes, and sale and leaseback arrangements. He also has a profound understanding of financing and security arrangements. Matti joins Hannes Snellman from Castrén & Snellman. In addition to his private practice experience, Matti also has in-house experience.
