Jesper Nevalainen and Emma Swahne as Speakers at Alma Talent's Technology and Agreements Seminar

Partner Jesper Nevalainen and Senior Associate Emma Swahne from our IP&Tech Practice will be speaking at the Technology and Agreements Seminar organised by Alma Talent in Helsinki on 8 December 2020.

In their lecture, Jesper and Emma will be discussing the role of technology and data as part of mergers and acquisitions, including issues that should be taken into account before a transaction is even planned.
