Business Brunch Series: What Do the Latest Amendments to Contract Law Mean For Your Company? (Part 2. Moscow)

We will discuss some of the new concepts introduced, including indemnities, representations, framework contracts, option agreements, independent guarantees, and security deposits, and will also discuss other new provisions.

The second part is designed to provide a high-level review of the most important changes in liability for breaches and to contract law.
