When did you start your career at Hannes Snellman?
My career at Hannes Snellman started on 24 September 2001, so I have been working at Hannes Snellman for over 17 years.
Can you describe your day-to-day work?
The content of my workdays varies greatly. I have the whole house as my work field, and sometimes my work extends even beyond the office. I am the contact person for our property management company, and taking care of the conditions of our premises is my responsibility. I also order our office supplies and some of our coffee products. In short, my and my teams’ task is to ensure that everyone else's daily work runs as smoothly as possible. Among other things, ensuring that there is coffee and milk in our café and enough paper in the copy rooms is our responsibility. In addition, I participate in recruiting new office support trainees about three times a year. Office access control and key management are also my tasks.
How would you describe your team?
I am responsible for the office support trainee team. At present, it comprises eight first- and second-year law students. During the school year, our team is also reinforced by students getting to know work life for the first time. My team is fantastic and everyone is willing to participate regardless of the task.
What do you enjoy best in your work?
The best part is definitely my own team and of course all the other colleagues. Different work tasks ensure that you do not get bored.
How would you describe the culture at Hannes Snellman?
I think Hannes Snellman takes good care of its employees. The atmosphere here is really good.
