Book launch "International Arbitration in Sweden. A Practitioner’s Guide."

23 September 2013

This publication is the result of the collective work of many arbitration experts who have designed a unique guide for practitioners involved in arbitrations seated in Sweden.

The book describes from a practical point of view topics such as the appointment, compensation and challenge of arbitrators; court review of the tribunal’s jurisdiction; choice of law; the recognition and use of the IBA Guidelines and other international sources in arbitrations in Sweden; SCC proceedings; multiparty arbitrations; party succession; confidentiality; documentary evidence, witnesses, and experts; setting aside proceedings; and appeal to the arbitrators’ fees.

Meet some of the authors and editors of the book and network at a reception with canapés and drinks on 1st October 2013 at 18.00 pm at Hannes Snellman's offices on Kungsträdsgårdsgatan 20, Stockholm.
