Hannes Snellman recruits Peter Forsberg as Stockholm Head of Competition Law

Hannes Snellman’s operation in Stockholm is further strengthened by the recruitment of Peter Forsberg as partner and head of competition law.

Peter Forsberg joins Hannes Snellman as partner and will play a key role in the development of Hannes Snellman’s Nordic transactional expertise. Peter comes from the law firm Vinge where he has been active since 2002 predominantly in Stockholm but also in Brussels. Peter Forsberg’s experience within competition law includes authority investigations, disputes and compliance work as well as national and international merger control. He is also an experienced lawyer within the field of public procurement and he will together with Stockholm Head of Public Procurement Joakim Lavér and Head of Competition Mikael Wahlbeck in Helsinki be able to build a fully integrated Nordic team that can handle the full range of complex issues within these two very important areas. Peter Forsberg will start at Hannes Snellman 1 September 2010.
