Prior to graduation, Robert spent one semester studying law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster, Germany.
Maarit works as a legal assistant in our M&A Group. She is studying at the HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences, Multilingual Management Assistant Programme (estimated graduation in March 2013).
Kati practises in the Dispute Resolution group. She advises clients in construction disputes and has acquainted herself with the construction contract law already in her studies. In addition, Kati assists in advocating commercial cases before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
Maija advises clients in the field of competition law, including public procurement matters. She has published on topics related to public procurement and European Union law.
Jonathan advises clients in the fields of securities law, finance and capital markets as well as general contract and commercial law.
Besides law, Jonathan has also studied finance at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and at Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.
Anna-Maria specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a special focus on international commercial arbitration.
Before joining Hannes Snellman, Anna-Maria worked for several years as a foreign associate in the International Arbitration Group of WilmerHale in London.
Lauri advises clients in the field of taxation, especially in international taxation, taxation of private individuals and matters related to share-based incentive plans. Prior to his graduation, Lauri has participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and studied one semester in the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in Austria.
Björn specialises in public M&A and corporate governance. He has extensive transaction experience and has participated in the work on the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
Natalia is an Associate of the Corporate and M&A Practice of Hannes Snellman in Moscow. She specialises in corporate and contract law. Natalia has been involved in a number of due diligence projects, supporting both Russian and foreign companies in their purchase of businesses in Russia.
