Anna-Maria specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a special focus on international commercial arbitration.
Before joining Hannes Snellman, Anna-Maria worked for several years as a foreign associate in the International Arbitration Group of WilmerHale in London.
Petra works mainly within the fields of mergers and acquisitions.
Petra is currently on a leave of absence.
Lena joined Hannes Snellman in February 2011 and works as reception supervisor at the Stockholm office. Lena is educated at L’Ecôle Hotelière de Lausanne and also has a cabinet-maker education. Before joining Hannes Snellman Lena has worked as a Conference and Banquet supervisor at The Sergel Plaza Hotel in Stockholm for many years.
Philip Risbjørn focuses on domestic and international mergers & acquisitions and corporate law. Philip has more than 20 years of experience in these fields and is noted for his private equity work and capabilities in cross-border transactions. Part of his experience has been gained in the London market.
A versatile lecturer, Philip has published and co-authored numerous articles in domestic and international law journals and publications mainly in the field of mergers & acquisitions.
Frida joined Hannes Snellman in August 2010 and works as a legal assistant in the M&A group. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Örebro University, with additional years at the International Business Management School at Southampton University in the United Kingdom, and one year at the University of Gothenburg’s Faculty of Arts. Frida has previously worked with real estate development in the United States.
Katja advises clients in the field of competition law.
Prior to her graduation, Katja spent a year studying law at the University of Panthéon-Assas, Paris II in France. She also worked as a trainee with Hannes Snellman in the summer 2007.
Natalia is an Associate of the Corporate and M&A Practice of Hannes Snellman in Moscow. She specialises in corporate and contract law. Natalia has been involved in a number of due diligence projects, supporting both Russian and foreign companies in their purchase of businesses in Russia.
Suvi has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tampere. She has also studied communications at the University of Helsinki. Suvi joined Hannes Snellman in November 2008.
Anna has a degree in Linguistics and Translation and a degree in Journalistics. She joined Hannes Snellman in 2008.
Anna is currently on maternity leave.
