Elisa works as a legal assistant in our Dispute Resolution Group. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Business Administration. Elisa joined Hannes Snellman in October 2012.

Laura works as a legal assistant in our Finance Group. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences. Laura joined Hannes Snellman in November 2012.

Maarit works as a legal assistant in our M&A Group. She is studying at the HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences, Multilingual Management Assistant Programme (estimated graduation in March 2013).

EXPERIENCE

Victor's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law. Victor also has experience in securities market law and capital markets.

Victor joined the firm as a trainee in 2011 and became an associate lawyer upon graduation in 2012. Before graduation, he spent one semester studying law at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark.
