Heikki advises clients on all types of financing transactions with particular focus on bank lending, acquisition financing, real estate and project financing, securitisation, structured financing and issues in the area of property law. Heikki has also been involved in a several restructuring assignments and preparation of security enforcement procedures.

In addition to Heikki's experience within finance he has a special focus on environmental and natural resources law and he has advised on a significant number of highly complex environmental law issues.

Having worked as a trainee with Hannes Snellman, Hanna was appointed an associate lawyer upon her graduation. Prior to her graduation, Hanna spent two semesters studying commercial law at the University of Caen in France and participated in the 14th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

Hanna is currently on maternity leave.

As a member of our IP & TMT practice Erkko advises clients in ICT outsourcing projects, ICT system deliveries as well as in intellectual property (IP) and technology licensing arrangements. He also advises clients on issues relating to data protection & privacy, e-commerce, telecommunications, media and marketing & consumer laws and practices. In addition, Erkko has been involved in several IP/ICT-driven M&A transactions and otherwise assisted our M&A lawyers in transactions with respect to IP and ICT matters.
