EXPERIENCE

Sirkku advises clients in the fields of finance and capital markets, securities law and regulatory issues as well as general corporate and contract law.

Before joining Hannes Snellman, Sirkku worked as a legal adviser in the Finance Markets Department of the Ministry of Finance in Finland and as an intern at the Ministry of Finance in Austria. Prior to her graduation, Sirkku studied in England at the University of Surrey and worked for Hannes Snellman as a trainee.
