EXPERIENCE

Selma advises clients in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets as well as general company and commercial law.

Before moving to Hannes Snellman, Selma trained at Linklaters in London and qualified as a solicitor in 2010. Whilst at Linklaters, Selma spent six months seconded in the Debt Capital Markets team at Credit Suisse and another six months in the Linklaters Moscow office. Before joining Linklaters, Selma worked as a summer trainee in various firms in both London and Helsinki.
