EXPERIENCE

Pavel has professional experience in civil, corporate, labour, and intellectual property law and has represented companies before different instances of state commercial (arbitrazh) courts and courts of general jurisdiction. His main areas of responsibility are general contract law, financing, and security interests. Pavel also provides advice on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as on different matters concerning daily business activity.

Before joining Hannes Snellman in 2007, Pavel headed the legal department of TEKS Paints Company, the Russian market leader in decorative paints and a subsidiary of Tikkurila Oy. He also participated in the execution of international acquisition transactions as the representative of Russian business owners.
