Olli has advised clients in a number of Russian related complex M&A projects, e.g., in the area of retail, wood processing industry, construction materials, direct investments, real estate, and greenfield projects.

Olli has a long experience of business establishment, development and restructuring in Russia, as well as living and working in Russia, and he has been in close connection with the development and growth of the Russian market during the past two decades. Olli has practical experience on Russian court system as well. In addition, he is well connected with several top executives and politicians, understanding the importance of interpersonal relations in Russia.
