EXPERIENCE

Olli-Pekka advises clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate, commercial and contract law. Olli-Pekka has also experience on securities market law and capital markets as well as PPP projects.

Having worked as a trainee with Hannes Snellman, Olli-Pekka was appointed an associate lawyer upon his graduation in 2009. Prior to his graduation, Olli-Pekka studied commercial law and economics at the University of California, Berkeley in the U.S. for a semester.

RECENT REFERENCES

  • Advised the Finnish Transport Agency in its acquisition of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project regarding the construction and maintenance of the E18 motorway section Koskenkylä-Kotka. The total value of the project is approx. EUR 623 million.
  • Advised Intera, a Finnish private equity firm, in its acquisition of Tamtron, a Finnish industrial weighning equipment provider.
  • Advised TeliaSonera Finland Oyj in the acquisition of the majority of shares and redemption of a minority of shares in Turun Kaapelitelevisio - Åbo Kabeltelevision Ab.
  • Advised the Finnish Transport Agency in its planned procurement of a railway PPP project Kokkola-Ylivieska.
  • Advised Oriola-KD Corporation in the sale of its Health Care Trade Business.
  • Advised Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj in the tender offer for own shares and de-listing.
  • Assisted Triton in the acquisition of Ambea AB.
  • Assisted ING Real Estate Investment Management in the acquisition of Brondankulma, a prime office property in the heart of the Helsinki CBD area in Finland.
