EXPERIENCE
Nicholas practises in the field of corporate finance, primarily focusing on domestic and international M&A and capital market transactions. Nicholas advises Danish and foreign industrials, equity and venture funds, financial businesses on corporate law and securities regulation and is experienced within venture capital and private equity investments in a variety of sectors. Prior to joining Hannes Snellman he gained in-house practice from previous positions in Danske Markets, division of Danske Bank A/S, and Vækstfonden, a public venture capital fund.
Nicholas is experienced with mediation having practised as a mediator at San Diego Superior Court, U.S. Further, Nicholas has previously taught corporate law and professional responsibility at Copenhagen Business School as a part-time lecturer.
