EXPERIENCE

Juli advises clients in the fields of intellectual property law, IPR related litigation, life sciences, data protection and general company and contract law. In addition, Juli is frequently involved in IP/ICT-driven M&A transactions. Before joining our IP&TMT team Juli worked as a transaction lawyer in our M&A team and acquired a broad knowledge on capital markets transactions, as well as on various company acquisitions.

Having studied law both in Finland and in Sweden, Juli is qualified to practice law in both jurisdictions. Besides her work, Juli is working on her Doctor of Laws Dissertation at the University of Helsinki in a field of patenting biotechnology. She is also a frequent speaker at university courses and seminars.
