EXPERIENCE

Jouko advises clients in the fields of securities law, finance and capital markets as well as general contract and commercial law.

Prior to his graduation, Jouko spent two semesters studying commercial law at the University of Basel in Switzerland and Lund University in Sweden. During his studies Jouko participated in the 15th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. In addition to his legal education, Jouko is also completing his M.Sc. (Econ) degree at the University of Oulu and pursued an MBA in the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, in the U.S.
