• Represented ThyssenKrupp in the EUR 2.7 billion combination of ThyssenKrupp’s stainless steel unit Inoxum with Outokumpu (2012)
• Represented a consortium consisting of 3i, Goldman Sachs and Ilmarinen in the 1.54 billion EUR acquisition of Vattenfall's Finnish electricity distribution and district heat businesses (December 2011).
• Acted for Renesas Electronics Corporation in its acquisition of Nokia’s wireless modem business (2010)
