Ivan's fields of expertise include contract, corporate and tax law, tax arbitration and litigation, intellectual property rights and consumer rights protection. As a former in-house lawyer of the major western real estate agency, Ivan also has extensive experience in real estate issues. Ivan regularly represents clients before arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction.
Ivan's articles on foreign investment in Russia and certain arbitration aspects relating to Russia’s potential membership in the World Trade Organization have been published in domestic journals.
