Ilkka advises clients in the field of mergers and acquisitions, as well as on general corporate, commercial law and contract law.

Prior to his graduation, Ilkka spent two semesters studying at Stockholm University in Sweden. Before joining Hannes Snellman, he was trained on the bench at the District Court of Vantaa.
