PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE

Harri advises our clients in the field of taxation, especially in corporate and international taxation and transfer taxation. He has experience in tax structuring, also including related advance ruling proceedings and other implementation assistance, as well as experience in assessing tax considerations in various private and public M&A transactions, with a focus on real estate, private equity, and investment fund transactions. Harri also advises our clients in tax dispute processes.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Harri worked as a tax manager at a Big 4 audit firm.
