Hannes Snellman organises a business brunch on Thursday, 3 March 2011.

The business brunch will be held from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at Hannes Snellman’s office
at 62 Nevsky Prospect, Saint Petersburg.

Registration will begin at 9:15 a.m.

We will be discussing the new method in which land plots are allocated for construction, reconstruction, and modernization under Saint Petersburg Government Decree No. 1813 dated 30 December 2010.

The event will be held in Russian. Participation is free of charge.
