Mads Ilum will join Hannes Snellman as a partner from 1 January 2011. He has an LL.M. from Stanford Law School and comes from Plesner’s corporate finance practice. Mads is an up and coming profile in the Danish M&A market and also has substantial experience within Capital Markets and regulation of financial institutions.
