Heidi Haanpää focuses on mergers and acquisitions, advising both corporate and private equity clients in a wide range of private, public and distressed M&A transactions, as well as other corporate arrangements. She has been with Hannes Snellman since 2006.
“Heidi has extensive experience on a wide variety of demanding transactions involving both listed and non-listed companies. Our clients have expressed how much they particularly value Heidi’s capacity to handle complex, multidimensional transactions in a very proficient manner. These types of skills are of critical importance to our clients and our firm considering our focus on significant transactions and complex dispute resolution”, says Mikko Heinonen, Managing Partner in Helsinki.
Shoan Panahi specializes in private equity investments, M&A transactions, corporate matters, and restructurings and insolvency.
