Erik works mainly within the fields of dispute resolution and public procurement law.
Erik is the author of the articles "Enskildas möjligheter att agera mot olagligt statligt stöd", Europarättslig Tidskrift nr 1/2011, and ”Statsstödsutredningens betänkande – ett stort steg i riktning mot effektiva rättsmedel”, Europarättslig Tidskrift nr 2/2012”.

Peter advises clients in the fields of private and public M&A, as well as company and contract law.
Karoliina advises clients in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, as well as company and commercial law.
Prior to her graduation, Karoliina studied international law at the Uppsala University in Sweden for a semester.
Hanna advises clients in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, as well as company and commercial law.
Having worked as a trainee with Hannes Snellman, Hanna was appointed an associate lawyer upon her graduation. Prior to her graduation, Hanna spent two semesters studying commercial law at the University of Caen in France and participated in the 14th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
Hanna is currently on maternity leave.
Maiju advises clients in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, as well as company and commercial law.
Before graduation, she worked as a trainee with another law firm and studied commercial law at the Humboldt University of Berlin in Germany.
Maiju is currently on leave of absence.
Natalia’s practice is primarily focused on competition and corporate law. She has extensive experience in supporting the reorganization of legal entities with various forms of legal incorporation, including solving problems concerning registering share issues which arise in connection with reorganizations and receiving approval from the antimonopoly agencies of the Russian Federation.
Olga is specialised in tax law, including international aspects of taxation. She is experienced in providing advice to clients on tax issues concerning, for example, VAT refund, profit tax legislation, foreign companies’ taxation and international tax planning. Olga has successfully protected clients’ interests in tax disputes before arbitration courts.
Before joining the St. Petersburg office of Hannes Snellman in June 2008 Ekaterina worked in CJSC “Premium Engineering” as a Senior Legal Counsel. During the work in CJSC “Premium Engineering” Ekaterina gained professional experience in Civil, Corporate and Labor Law. She was also engaged in handling dispute regulation and claims.
Mehrnoosh advises clients in the fields of intellectual property, marketing, media and telecom. Mehrnoosh also works within the field of dispute resolution, as well as general contract and commercial law.
